Price
Prices are quoted in UK Sterling, and are ex-gallery. They do not include shipping costs, insurance, customs duties (if any), nor do they include any taxes applicable in country of destination.
Ordering
You may order by email to us at arms@arbourantiques.com, or by telephone to0845 603 8709. We will hold an ordered item for ten days pending receipt of payment and thereafter we reserve the right to re-offer the item for sale.
Shipment will be effected after the payment is received in cleared funds.
Payments
We accept most major credit cards, money orders, bankers’ cheques and personal cheques. (We accept PayPal).
Cheques should be made payable to “Arbour Antiques” and endorsed “Account Payee Only”.
Packing
We will pack each item carefully in bubble wrap and enclose it in a box or carton suitable for its dimensions and weight.
Shipping
As specified all our items are offered ex-works Potterspury. We will quote you for shipping either by post if applicable or air/sea freight to a destination of your choice, with insurance as extra.
Returns Policy
As already specified we take considerable care in describing accurately and fully all the items which we sell. Our descriptions are accompanied with good clear photographs and close ups of detail, and defects, restorations or other affecting condition are clearly described. Nevertheless if any item does not conform to its description, we will accept
its return and credit the purchaser, always provided that representations are made within ten days of receipt of the item.
